How we work
To keep things on track, we work in these stages:
1. Brief and ideas
You get in touch with your ideas and must-haves. We can recommend domain registrars and hosting providers if you don't already have them.
2. Quotation
We provide a quotation, a list of deliverables, and an approximate timescale.
3. Deposit
If you're happy with our proposal, we ask for a 50% deposit up front, payable via PayPal or bank transfer, with the balance on completion.
4. Design
We'll send you a mockup of our design ideas via email, usually within a week of receiving your deposit. You'll get the chance to request up to two rounds of design revisions.
5. Development
Once you've approved the design by email, we'll start coding it ready to upload to the Web. Most of our clients use this time to write their site's copy.
6. Soft launch
Next, we'll put your site online in a password-protected area that only you can see. You can now add your copy and request final changes.
7. Launch
It's the big day! When you're ready, we'll flip the switch so everyone can see your new site.
After your launch
We work with many of our clients after they've launched their sites. If you need any changes or marketing help, just ask.
